My “Bright” Form is a compilation of Discourses given by Avatar Adi Da Samraj in a series of occasions that occurred in 1993 and 1994, on the sacred Island-Hermitage of Naitauba (Fiji). This text stands out as the most comprehensive address Avatar Adi Da made to the precise Yogic details of the practice of turning body, emotion, mind, and breath to His Living Divine Presence. This text is, among other things, a “manual” for that fundamental practice of Communion with Avatar Adi Da Samraj as the Living Divine Presence of Conscious Light.

What you would have in devotional Communion with Me is a cool, watery, full-moon-lit night, cooled of stress and desire and consolation, Awake to “Brightness”. No “difference”. No relatedness.
