Using the Shopping Cart
How do I use the shopping cart?
Using the shopping cart is quite simple and self-explanatory. If you are having
difficulty using the shopping cart, just follow these steps:
1. Find the items that you are interested in purchasing by BRowsing through the
categories on the left of the page (Books, Audio, Video, etc.) or by using the search
field at the top left of the page.
2. When you find an item you wish to purchase, click on the "Add To Cart"
button. You can view what you have put into your shopping cart at anytime by clicking
on "View Cart" on the upper right side of the screen.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on "View Cart", make any changes
you want and then click on "Checkout" at the bottom of your cart. Fill
in the required information (required fields are noted).
4. Fill in your mailing address information. If different, also fill in your shipping
address information. Select "Next Step" again.
5. Fill in your payment information, click on "Continue Checkout".
6. Review all the details of your order to make sure it is correct and then click
"Complete Checkout". You should receive an email confirmation of your
order within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is added to the order based on your state of residence. The amount of
your sales tax will be shown on your order.
Why won’t my address work?
When you fill in your address, the required fields are noted on the right side of
the information box. If all these spaces are all filled in, your address will work.

What is the difference between PAL and NTSC videos and which one
should I buy?
NTSC is the video standard for the United States, Canada and Mexico. PAL is the
video standard for all other countries.
